Perched on a scenic hillside, just a brief stroll from the vibrant heart of Loggos and a mere two minutes from the nearest beach, this residence offers an unparalleled setting.
Accessed via a steep flight of steps from the road (70 steps), the house and its terrace command breath-taking views of Loggos Bay and the azure expanse beyond. Occupying the upper level of the building, Aglaia House is adjoined to a self-contained studio. It comprises a comfortable double bedroom and a twin room, both equipped with air conditioning and adorned with balconies that open to the sea. Behind these bedrooms lies a generously sized kitchen/dining area, with a table accommodating four, and a convenient shower room.
Step outside, and you'll find a sunlit terrace, a mere twenty steps below the house, exclusively reserved for guests in the main apartment.
