The Sand Trap at Oystercatcher

We are proud to present an amazing family friendly listing in the gated area of Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort. This stunning 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom home is very spacious and boasts 4 separate outdoor living areas to enjoy! While there are 45 units in the Oystercatcher "style", this is one of only 12 of the largest square footage units. It is a raised beach style home (no elevator). The property is ready for your family with a pack 'n play, baby gate and highchair. Sleeps 8, close to the pool and a short 10 minute walk to the beach. It has everything that you need for a fantastic vacation in beautiful Pawleys Island!

HOA Note: Pets are not allowed by guests in Litchfield By The Sea. Boats, motorcycles, trailers, and recreational vehicles are not allowed in Litchfield by the Sea. A maximum of 3 vehicles are allowed at this unit. Litchfield By The Sea Owners Association is in the process of enacting a Resort Fee. Later this year, the required HOA fee of $5 per car per day will be added to the charges.

Great Spot on Pawleys Island

Overall, property was solid. We stayed here for a short vacation to see the beach and get some seafood. Rooftop patio was a huge plus and there was plenty of space for us to lounge around. The Lichfield resort amenities were also easily accessible.

We very much enjoyed The Sand Trap and Pawley's Island. Very conveniently located to restaurants, groceries, and the beach. Beautifully situated on a lake where fish and birds were so much fun to watch.

It was a beautiful place. 8 of us women were there. The weather was beautiful and the place was perfect. The cleaning people didn't wash the sheet for the king size bed. And the dish washer pod holder would not open up at times. But other then that it was perfect.
