The Space:
Located just under half a mile from the beach access and adjacent to the main resort complex, this suite offers easy access to a variety of top-tier amenities.

The highlight amenity is your access to Litchfield by the Sea amenities including the guest only beach access. Tee off at four centrally located golf courses or enjoy the indoor and outdoor pools. Stay active with the health and fitness center, bike rentals, scenic trails, and tennis courts, or unwind at the tranquil fishing lake. The resort also features a business center, private beach access, high-speed wireless internet, a rejuvenating day spa, and an on-site Starbucks to start each morning right.

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY DEPOSIT, & ID VERIFICATION REQUIRED All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. Minimum age of 21 to rent condo.

We supply starter kits for essentials such as toilet tissue, bath soap, etc...guests are responsible for extra supplies if needed. This is a private condo at the resort, not managed by the front desk.

Security Deposit options (only 1 can be chosen):

1. optional $45.00 non-refundable damage waiver

2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout
