Your Pawleys Island vacation begins at this 7-BR oceanfront house. With 4 king beds, 4 twin beds, and 1 queen bed, this phenomenal property offers plenty of space for all guests. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, tv set, and ceiling fan. The master suite boasts a jetted bathtub. The large family room has a big screen TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and a wet bar with an ice machine. There is a convenient office area with half bath and a bonus family room with large TV each of which have queen sofa beds. The house includes 1 washer/dryer set, 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators to handle your large crowd. The oceanfront screened in porch is complete with a hammock, dining table and chairs for 6, and rocking chairs. The main dining table seats 10 and there are 4 barstools for additional seating at the bar. All linens are provided. The onsite elevator is a lifesaver! No pets allowed. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house. Have a great time!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Each car must be registered with security prior to arrival. Please respond to host via email 1 week before check -in to provide this information.
All towels must be washed, dried, and folded before check-out. Used linens are to be left on the beds and the beds not made (to make it obvious that they were used!)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
