Features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds, a full kitchen, a dining area, a living area with a DVD player, televisions in each bedroom, a hot tub, a washer/dryer, a screened porch, a 2nd floor outdoor space, a rooftop balcony with 360 degree views of Litchfield by the Sea, and an on-site pool. Villa is located just under 1/2 mile from the beach. Resort Amenities Include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, day spa, and Starbucks.

Seamless stay at this property thanks to excellent communication with the host/property management. The location was great, very safe, gated community. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion is to have laundry detergent available if guests are expected to wash and dry any linens.

The house was just as described. The area was quiet with beautiful views. The beds were very comfortable and all of the rooms had plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay again. The Lyda Family 💖

Great location but…

The location is great as is the resort. The home is surprisingly large. The home needs some updating. I think the dishwasher may be 20 years old. Also, additional furniture on the roof deck would be nice. Overall, it was a nice place in a great location.
