Beautiful property!

We really enjoyed our time at Ocean Pearl. The property has a resort feel. It is gated so we felt very safe and the grounds are beautiful. It is conveniently located near restaurants and a grocery store. The condo was clean and well appointed and the views from the deck are wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stopped for a few days on our way through Pawleys. If you are a fan of the area, this is a great place to stay. Easy walk to beach, pretty ocean view from unit, well kept property. We will be back!

Nice Condo

Very clean, well decorated condo. The kitchen was smaller than I expected, but that really wasn’t a problem for us. The kitchen was well equipped. The ocean view was wonderful! The location was great and Litchfield by the Sea is a very nice gated community with walking paths. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

Beautiful property!

Ocean Pearl was the perfect place for a relaxing few days for us and our pup. Litchfield by the Sea is a beautiful property. The staff at Hammock Coast Life was accommodating to us in every way possible. It’s a small unit but would definitely recommend it for an individual or couple. It has an amazing view and is very comfortable.

Hidden Gem

We had an amazing stay! This was by far the most well kept and clean property we’ve ever visited. The views were spectacular from this unit. It was stocked with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The resort is well managed. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Also, the area is beautiful, with a rich history and tons of wildlife. We can’t wait to come back.

One Bedroom Condo

Very clean & nicely decorated in a very nice neighborhood. Loved the oceanfront view. Several grassy areas for walking our pet. A few minor items which can be easily fixed was toaster didn’t work well & needs replacing/ light in bathroom across from refrigerator was flickering and needs a new bulb. Beach was great without a lot of shells or seaweed/ smooth sand.

Lovely, much needed too brief getaway

Property grounds & building well maintained. Pictures on rental site were accurate. Quite comfortable. Felt safe & secure. Friendly folks on phone and in person. Balcony offered nice view of ocean. Gated community offered relief from busy HWY 17. Restaurant/bar/coffee house easily accessed from property. Flat paved walking trails. Quiet time of year. Hope to visit again some time soon!

Fall Break 2023

From the point of purchase to check out, communication was amazing. The check in process was extremely detailed and I was confident and ready to check into Bridgewater. The photos on the listing is exactly as expected. The size of the one bedroom condo was perfect for our family of three. The three of us slept comfortably in the king size bed. No dishwasher in the unit. The weather was cool and rainy, so we utilized the indoor pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property without hesitation.

Our stay for the month of January

The property is located on beautiful Litchfield Beach SC. The views from the condo were fabulous. The unit we stayed in had some problems. The drapes in the bedroom were falling down when we checked in, there were only 3 glasses in the kitchen, the kitchen drawers were dirty as was the placemats, the closet in the kitchen was full of linens and was unusable, and the couch is dirty and needs to be cleaned. The people at Hammock Coast were responsive to our issues but regardless for $9,000 we expected more. Thank you.

This is our third time staying at Bridgewater. The grounds are well maintained. This property was clean and fit all of our needs. We always appreciate being allowed to bring our dog. Being steps from the beach was a huge plus. I would recommend staying in this unit.
