LR-324 Second Row Condo - North Litchfield Beach - Community Pool

Just a hop and a skip to the beach - 2 minute walk. Litchfield Retreat's amenities include a community pool and grilling area. This condo has been updated. Plenty of space in this two story unit with kitchen, dining, living area and a half bath on the main floor. Keurig and regular coffee pots. Two bedrooms with private baths are on the floor below. Downstairs the master has a king and the other bedroom has a twin and a double. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa upstairs. Keurig and regular coffee maker, crock pot. Halo in-duct air purification system installed air conditioner. Coin operated washer/dryer facilities are on each floor. Note: boats, motorcycles(even in trailers) and recreational vehicles are not allowed.

Nice location at Litchfield Beach

Location is great. Nicely furnished and had a good selection of kitchen items. Our only complaint is that the memory foam mattress pads are incredibly thick giving absolutely no back support. All adults, young and old, disliked them. Otherwise this is a nice, reasonably priced condo in a great beach location.
