LINENS/TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (packages available to rent upon request): Welcome to Katinka! You do not need to cross the street to get to the beach; it is only a quick 1-minute walk away! This home is brightly decorated, very comfortable and so relaxing that you may not want to leave! Sneak a quiet moment on the screened porch or the swing under the house. The open floor plan allows for the entire family to be together; whether playing a friendly card game in the living room or making a delicious family meal in the newly renovated kitchen. A charcoal grill is provided for those famous summer night meals. Located right by public access, you can spend all day sunbathing, surfing, playing cornhole and so many other beach games. Katinka is sure to become your new family tradition!

Nice Beach House

House isn't right on ocean but almost - just a short walk away. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a nice open kitchen and living space. Very clean but not a lot of extra stuff like spices, paper products, laundry detergent, etc. Requires a separate purchase for linens and towels unless you bring your own. Smallish front porch but good area underneath. Worked well for our two families.

Great escape just steps to the beach

Katinka II was comfortable and inviting. The house seems to be one of the older homes, thus is a bit weathered and musty but overall it fit our family's needs. We enjoyed being steps away from the beach and fell in love with Pawleys Island. My only request would be for the owners to allow renters the opportunity to use their beach chairs (which are in the pictures on VRBO). It would also be nice if there was a blow dryer to use. We would certainly stay here again.
