This oceanfront home on the south end of Pawleys Island features six bedrooms and five bathrooms. This is the first house on the south end that fronts both the ocean and the creek. The downstairs features fresh paint, new living room furniture, an open kitchen and dining area, and plenty of views of the ocean. Bedding accommodations on the first floor 4 bedrooms are two kings and 2 queens. There are 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with one having 2 queens and the other room, one daybed with trundle.

We loved this home, it’s proximity to the beach, the beautiful community and the rental company with quick responses when we had a question, made our vacation an amazingly relaxing week away from home. The home was clean and tidy, super spacious and well stocked kitchen helped when cooking meals at the home. We will DEFINITELY be staying again.

Loved the location
This was a great house for families!! The location was good! Plenty of space for our kids and grandkids! Washer and dryer were such a help. The only thing I was disappointed with was I thought the house came with creek access and a dock and it did not. The view online made it seem like it had a dock but the dock online was not for this house. Otherwise this was a great vacation house!!!

The house has wonderful views of both the ocean (very close) and the marsh. Good arrangement of bedrooms. Screened porch and decks very nice. Bathrooms functional but worn/outdated. Refrigerator was very small esp for a house for 14 and with broken shelves. A number of small things in the house—microwave door, broken chair needed attention.

Our guests for my son's wedding at the Chapel enjoyed everything about Hiller Villa: oceanfront screened porch & deck, view of the creek from large windows in dining area, huge sectional sofa, plenty of bedrooms & baths (which could use a little updating-esp 's not fancy but very clean and comfortable. Suzanne and staff at TideLife are the best to work with! We would stay again!

We loved Hiller Villa! It was the perfect layout for four adult couples and five small children. It is a major perk for each of the downstairs bedrooms to have their own bathroom. My only suggestion would be to keep upgrading each bedroom from a queen to a king. It would be amazing for all couples to have a king. We truly loved it all and will be back!!

This is the 1st time to come to Pawley’s this late in the year, we came to catch the grand kids on fall break. Had a chance to build several sand creatures. There was a cold front I’m told is very unusual but it was cold for day or two. The house has newly painted and upkeep is good as well. Also the neighbors!

This is our 5th year to stay at Hiller Villa and we have enjoyed each year here. Pawleys is a special place for our family and this rental property is perfect for our needs. A very comfortable home, beautiful but not too fancy-in my opinion a beach house should not be so fancy that a person can’t relax- but has all the amenities we are looking for. Thank you for adding more rocking chairs this year. Rocking is an important part of our vacation! We hope to stay here for the indefinite future. The upstairs is great for children and they like having their own space. So do their parents and grandparents!

This was our first visit to this area and we were guessing exact where we wanted to be situated. This house is at the beginning of the southern end of the island which has the beach to the east and the marsh to the west. It has no marsh access but we didn’t miss it. The space is well laid out with a nice enclosed sun porch and small deck in rear (with seating) for nice days. Plenty of bedrooms for guests if needed and dog-friendly. We enjoyed the ceiling fans, king bed, laundry, convenience to Rte 17 and resources, lack of crowds in February/March, sheltered parking, clean spacious beach and very responsive Tidelife staff. This is an older home and a well-loved family beach house with the typical decor and furnishings. The bathrooms and kitchen are commensurate but quite serviceable. If you are looking for a sleek modern contemporary property this may not be for you, but we were content.

Hiller Villa was a wonderful spot for our family vacation -- three couples and a three-year-old. We loved the layout of the house and the proximity to the beach. The few repairs that were needed were taken care of very promptly and easily. It's clear the house is well-loved and we all felt right at home!
