The condo boasts premium plantation shutters and plank flooring, 2 hypo-allergenic king beds and pillows, a 75" theater screen TV with high-quality sound system in the living area with access to most streaming channels, 2 different high-speed internet lines - one for gaming, one for office work, and plentiful charging stations for computers, phones, etc., plus it is stocked with fun board games and bestselling books for adults and children, and much more!

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
