Bridgewater 106 Beautiful Renovated condo in Litchfield by the Sea!
- This is a fantastic condo located on the north end of Bridgewater in the gated community of Litchfield By the Sea. It is an updated, oceanfront condo that boasts one bedroom with 1 King sized bed and 1 Double Murphy bed. It features new flat screen TVs, a new table and cabinet under the TV, an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, comfortable furnishings and new appliances, and a new HVAC installed in January 2025.
The indoor pool, locker rooms and outdoor pool deck were completely redone in 2024. Do not miss the opportunity to book this great unit!
Litchfield is located just a 70 mile drive for a historic day trip to Charleston, SC or a 25 mile drive to the attractions of Myrtle Beach. Litchfield by the Sea offers private beach access and beach clubhouse, fishing/crabbing piers, miles of walking trails, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts and more!
This unit does not have a dishwasher in the unit and washer/dryer services are located within the Bridgewater Building on the 2nd floor.
Condo is located on the 1st floor above the parking garage.
