Summerhouse 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on the 3rd floor in Litchfield Resort in Pawleys Island. There are 2 queen beds in the master and a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy the beautiful view of the pond from your balcony while enjoying the fresh air or take a stroll on the well manicured grounds to the beach, pools, and resort amenities. The main resort complex has restaurants, a fitness center, bike rentals, tennis courts, and a fishing lake. Come and ENJOY!

Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor to this 1 BR condo with an eat in kitchen with granite countertops, a bathroom with tile shower, a cozy living room with a TV, and a balcony with 3 chairs and small table. Towels and linens are provided.

Free parking onsite. You can rent bikes onsite and walk to the beach. You might need a car to get around town to enjoy some of the top restaurants and shopping in the area.

This unit is located in Litchfield Resort with restaurants, an ice cream shop, and Starbucks . The Litchfield complex is beautiful with walking and bike paths that lead right to the ocean. Spend the day at the beach with restrooms and an outdoor shower for exclusive use of Litchfield Resort guests.

Free parking onsite. Walk or bike to the ocean or other onsite amenities. You might want a car to go to some of the amazing local restaurants or take a day trip to Myrtle Beach or Charleston.

Pet Friendly with $150 per pet fee that will be invoiced separately.

Loved the accommodations, enjoyed the view of the pond from the balcony. Good restaurants nearby but also enjoyed being able to stay in for meals. Highly recommend this place. Perfect for two people.

This is a clean, updated, nicely decorated condo conveniently located close to Pawley's, Litchfield and Murrell's Inlet. There is a nice resort beach club about 1/2 mile from the condo. The resort also has great walking/biking paths. Really enjoyed the stay and plan to return!

We had a great time at this property, it's a great location in the Murrell's/Pawley's area and a short drive to Coastal Carolina University. Beautiful beach closeby and all the needed amenities very close to the rental. We'll be back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much as we celebrated our 18 year wedding anniversary. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. The pool and beach were very nice and we really enjoyed the lazy river. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay and the property met our needs. While the property is listed as accommodating 6 people, with two queen beds and a sofa pull out, it would be tight if you had more than 2 or 3 people.

The condo exceeded our expectations. We have stayed at summerhouse several times, summer and winter. All different condos but this one was by far the best. It was clean, cozy and had extra touches others did not have. Beach chairs, Coffee , extra supplies, personel items in bathroom. We would absolutely rent this one again.

The condo was very clean and was fully equipped with kitchen items. There are drip and k-cup coffee makers. Nice to have extra towels and paper products. It’s a short distance to the lazy river pool and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The shuttle runs Wednesday through Sunday and pick up area is close.

Retired couple enjoyed this condo - adjacent to Starbucks and a restaurant and a short drive to the beach or a very nice walk. Loved having a keirig and good cable to watch golf. Golf is nearby. Driving range at Tradition was excellent. Loved that Huntington State Park was just up the road to explore and take photos. Great place to see alligators, wildlife and walk the beach. brookgreen Gardens had something for every age from kids to seniors! Great restaurants in Pawleys but we lived going to the Marshwalk in Murrells inlet where there were a ton of restaurants (our favorite was the Claw ) watching the pirate ship go out from there filled with families and kids was a hoot! Fun area although the traffic was heavy at times. Communication was excellent with this condo and it was. Lean when we arrived - good beds and nice towels!
