This pet friendly condo awaits you with a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, cozy bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. Views of a pond from the balcony. This unit is part of the Litchfield By The Sea resort and offers an amazing swimming pool complex complete wit a kids pool, lazy river, hot tub, and swings to lounge around in. This condo is a part of the resort and you will receive a gate pass to allow access to the gated portion of the resort. Private resort beach parking with rinse off showers & bathrooms, tennis and pickleball courts & fishing piers are other amazing features! Or walk 3/4 mile to the beach on paved sidewalks!
Restaurants on the resort property are easy to get to, as well as Starbucks!
Keyless door entry allows for self check-in with no waiting in long registration lines! Come, relax and enjoy the beauty of Litchfield Beaches!

Pet fee is $150 and will be processed closer to the time of you stay.
