LINENS/TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (packages available to rent upon request): This 4 bedroom ocean side home is just steps from the beach. Beach Breezes is located on the ocean side of Myrtle Avenue but sits behind 3 other homes. Not having to cross the street to get to the beach is wonderful; especially, if you have children and beach toys to carry. The screened porches are ideal if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy a book. Beach Breezes was built in 1991 and has approximately 1,560 square feet. Home has recently been re-modeled with new kitchen and new flooring in the living area. No smoking or vaping. No Pets.
