Osprey Watch is a beautiful community inside Litchfield by the Sea with views of the tidal marsh and just a short walk or ride to the pristine beach of Pawleys Island. This raised two-level villa features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The screened porch along with the adjacent covered outdoor porch overlooks the marsh and make fantastic spots to enjoy the salt air and take in a sunset. Upstairs features all three bedrooms with the primary bedroom opening up to an outdoor balcony with a view. There is ample room for parking three vehicles under the villa. Conveniently located across from the community pool. Osprey Watch guests enjoy access to Litchfield By the Sea amenities including tennis courts, fishing dock, private beach access, and walking and bike paths which extend through picturesque marshlands.
