The perfect golf, family getaway for 4 or someone wanting peaceful beautiful surroundings and 3 miles from the beach, but wants access to all the action. Ground level apt. separate living room with queen sofa sleeper. Queen BR, full bath, kitchenette, microwave, fridge, 2 burner stove, convection oven/air fryer, TV, AC/heat and wifi.
Private parking. Use of the fire pits, pizza oven, grills, kayaks & gym. The gym and kayaks are for use at your own risk and when the owner is home to unlock, unless prior arrangements are made. Massage therapy available on site by appointment. The beach is just a short 3 mile drive. Boat landing is just down the road, bring your boat and park it in driveway. Near.
Murrells Inlet & Georgetown and don’t forget to check out Brookgreen Gardens over the holidays and make your reservations early. You don’t want to miss the lights at Christmas. Sleeps 4. Backs up to the golf course. Bring your boat, golf, clubs, and swimsuit. Enjoy your day on the river, beach or golf course...kayaks are available. Beach chairs are available per request. Massage studio on property pricing is available in photos. Full gym is available for use as well as Sauna (use that your own risk owner is not responsible for injuries).
Owner must be on site to unlock. Decoupage shell making classes can be scheduled as well. Fire pit is available in the backyard.
Must pull water hose out in case there is a mishap so you can extinguish any fire and fire must be put out completely before leaving the area. There is also a gas fire pit on the deck along with a grill, exterior table and chairs. Just be sure to turn off the propane after using.
Full gym is available. Use at your own risk. Owner must be present to open gym.
Kayaks are available with refundable deposit along with
lifejackets.

This is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Minutes away from shopping, restaurants and

You are welcome to use the
WASHER AND DRYER in the Main House if staying 2 weeks or more with arrangements.
Staying longer? Drop off your supplied sheets/towels and we'll give you a new set each week. Also let me know in advance if you require an ironing board or a steamer and I will put it in your apartment prior to arriving. Pet friendly with approval before booking. I do have one dog bed available and I have 2 BPA silicone dog mats for their bowls.
