Bunkhouse was clean and user friendly. We had some furnace issues and the host was great at answering questions late at night and accommodating to help. Would book again!
My family needed a clean comfortable place to stay near Bartlesville, OK. The cabin was perfect for 5 adults. It was near Pawhuska, OK, which is home to The Pioneer Woman's Metcantile.anRestaurant.
We came in town for a horse clinic at the Osage County Fairgrounds. The house is perfectly located between the FG and town. It was easy to run and check on my horse after class then get dinner. House was very clean.
Very nice house and private location. Easy check-in and check-out. Close to the shops in Pawhuska. Beds were comfortable. Two of the beds are in an open room. It would have been nice to have night lights or bedside lamps. We did not use the kitchen much but if we would have, it would have been nice to have more utensils. The fan in the big shower restroom starts out slow and noisy but then improves. It probably needs replaced. Overall, wonderful house. I would definitely stay again if we come back in town and would suggest it to others.
2nd stay at this property. Beautiful cabin on a hill overlooking Pawhuska. Celebrated sister’s birthday. Visited Tall Grass Refuge. Saw hundreds of bison. A must see. Tumbleweed Restaurant in Bartlesville served up excellent steaks. We’ll definitely eat there the next time we’re in the area. Great getaway - had a great time.
No complaints about our time at this house. I would however recommend that you bring some kind of lamps or lanterns, as the only light in the bedrooms are overhead lights. Once you turn them off, it’s pretty dark. Would also recommend a night light for the bathrooms, because once again it is very dark should you need to use them after dark and folks are sleeping. Especially those folks who are sleeping in the open bedroom right outside the one bathroom. Luckily I always pack one for hotel stays that don’t have them. Get up early and enjoy your coffee on the deck or front porch. The sunsets can be quite gorgeous from the front porch.
Property needs update. Wasn’t that clean. Oven was really dirty. Had a smell as soon as we walked in that was not pleasant at all. Didn’t make for a comfortable stay.
