First Quality Customer Service!
The hotel surpassed my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. I have stayed at many hotels in Greece. Zeus Thessaloniki Lazart is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Greece in terms of exceptional customer service, cleanness and cool atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly. Their approach to customer needs is exceptionally good. The hotel management’s problem-solving approach deserves 5 Star rating. I highly recommend Zeus Thessaloniki Lazart Hotel. Fantastic Experience!
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and there were a lot of different choices. We were a bit disappointed to see the pool was closed as it was still very hot and sunny outside. Also, the spa was not really available, the reception didn't know much about it and they told us to call the spa, but no one was picking up so we just gave up. We believed that the spa is included in our stay Overall, it was a nice short stay, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
One of the best hotel in Thessaloniki. The rooms are quite large, carpark is good, restaurant is nice. The only small thing I could say is that the airconditioning is a bit loud but thats nothing serious.

It was a decent stay, not much to do in walking distance. Pool was nice, the gym needs a lot of work.
Was upgarded. Very good breakfast and various. Pool in the hotel about 7-10mtr long on 5mtr large. Exclusive room need a little refresh. Parking available. Room service good
The hotel was great and the staff was excellent. The hotel advertised an airport shuttle but only offered taxi service. The pool was closed the days we wanted to use it. The room was great. We would stay there again.
Very good hotel with friendly staff. Evening meal and buffet breakfast not as good as similar standard hotels. Disappointed at lack of tea making facilities in the room.
The entrance to the hotel was marvellous. The staff was very helpful, very polite. However, there was a bug in the bathroom. It came out from under the toilet brush and quickly disappeared down the drain. Unfortunately, this is not an acceptable sight for a hotel.

could be better
Maybe requeirement are for a "5 star hotel" could be fullfill by Lazart Hotel, therefore they may gained this title, however the ambient condition does not feel you as it is.
The staff is higly kind, helpful and the hotel is relatively clean, but it's really old and the comfort is not good enough. I have seen much better 3 star hotels. Therefore the price that I paid is much for such quality.
Everything was fine the staff were all very very friendly and helpful. The only problem is the shower, it is totally ridiculous and impossible to wash yourself. I don’t understand the logic in the brain of the person that designed such a shower nozzle.

I want to clarify that my negative feedback is directed solely at the hotel management—not the staff.
We visited Thessaloniki in early September, when temperatures were still around 30°C, and were surprised to find the pool closed. While I understand the Expedia listing mentions the pool closes at the end of August, it also states that pool availability is subject to weather conditions. Given the heat, I believe it would have been reasonable for management to extend pool access.
We stayed at other 4- and 5-star hotels in the area during our trip, and all had their pools open. It’s hard to accept that Wyndham couldn’t do the same. I don’t think my request was excessive or inconvenient—just a simple expectation for a summer-like experience in Greece.
The hotel staff were kind and understanding, and even offered us a bottle of wine as a gesture—which I truly appreciated. However, I still find it hard to accept that the only 5-star hotel we stayed at in Thessaloniki had its pool closed during such high temperatures in early September.
It seems like that the Wyndham has a poor Management. It was our first stay at a Wyndham hotel and i think also our last one.
I liked that they helped with a dinner, but I did not like that they said they would give us champagne for my wedding and then didn’t. Also, I was told through Expedia I would get my VIP service and did not. The staff for room service and the dining area were off putting and made me and my people feel rushed. The manager was very nice so I feel bad for leaving a poor review. The lifeguard was nice and the front desk staff very nice too. I just thought more of a 5 start hotel and it didn’t feel that way.
The front desk staff was one of a kind. They were very helpful with anything I needed. The continental breakfast was a great start to your day. The pool was beautiful and a great addition to your stay.
