Accessing the room was complicated. There was a way to open two doorknobs at the same time that was not mentioned in the description. Fortunately the manager lives onsite and helped us access the apartment.

Absolutely terrible. I had to wake up every morning and line up at 6:15 am to get pool chairs. The hotel charges for beach chairs which I never encountered with other hotels. The staff is not so friendly, especially the concierge named "Sharp" (?) that she should not be in this business. The restaurants ...
