Completely renovated stone house, located 2 km from the market town of Trémolat, with a private swimming pool and pretty outside garden, sleeping up to six people .

As you enter from the lane, the kitchen is on your left. With its large bay window and French doors, the kitchen has direct access to the south-facing garden and the living room with its lounge and dining area.

From the lounge, you will find a staircase leading to the bedrooms. This floor has three bedrooms: a double with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms. A bathroom and separate toilet are located on the landing.

The large garden offers plenty of outdoor space.

Enjoy access to a private and secured swimming pool.

You can enjoy your summer meals on the terrace next to the kitchen or under the oak tree near the barn.

A second outdoor area with furniture and dining table is also located on the other side of the house, ideal for taking afternoon refreshments or relaxing with a book.

Finally, a last relaxation corner, under the shelter of the barn, awaits you with hammocks and a view to the West and its wooded hills .

Bicycles are available for exploring the surrounding area, including the village of Trémolat, with its terraces and restaurants.
