"Our stay was enjoyable. The room was not the cleanest. We discovered carrots under the side table, several cobwebs in the corners of the room and the water in the bathtub trickled out. The sheets were really clean and tucked in nice and tight. The coffee was stacked and nice to have in the morning. There was even creamer! The pool was pleasantly heated, and there's so many choices of which ones to go to. Love that they had food available for purchase and a bonus. If you have children, they offer you sun lotions, glasses and little items for the sun for children. The staff is fun and really kind. They really took the time to talk and explain answers to any questions we had. All and all it was a good stay."

"Our stay at the casino was great. The room was big and awesome, super clean. I asked if they could get us extra towels, washcloths and pillows and it was all in the room waiting for us. The staff was nice and we felt very safe because they won't let anyone get on the hotel elevators without a room key and ID. Parking was safe and well lite. "

"The location is excellent, with numerous dining options conveniently situated within walking distance on the main street. However, an improvement in customer service is necessary. The individual who facilitated my check-in did not exhibit a welcoming demeanor, offering only the phrase "checking in" without a greeting."

"Seems like a new property and it is well-maintained. The check in staff was super friendly. The room side facing the pool was quiet and we could not hear freeway noise at all. The sink faucet was a little beat-up, but it functioned well enough to get us through. The underground parking is good and appears safe, but we weren't sure if anyone was watching it. Great location near old town and we plan to return one day."

"The hotel has definitely gone downhill a bit. Recently stayed and the suite we were in had a constant loud AC running all night and the mini fridge was also loud, unable to get a good night sleep.Also the carpet had red stains and front staff at desk could be more nice, their not very friendly. "

"I found my 4-night stay at the Sonesta ES Suites San Diego - Rancho Bernardo very enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was well prepared and included a good variety of items, {however the pancake maker was not working}. I would recommend this facility if you are staying in the area."
