In the countryside, on a small road in a hamlet of 10 houses with farms nearby. A detached house with private parking (4 cars). Garden and unfenced courtyard on the owners' farm 100m away, with chickens that children will enjoy discovering. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room with TV, sofa, and Wi-Fi. From the kitchen, access to the first floor and the hallway which leads to 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine accessible from the outside.
Baby equipment: cot and high chair. Reinforced charging point for electric car. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable barn.
Heating (wood boiler) and electricity are included. Bed linen: €15/bed/change. Towels: €8/person/change. End-of-stay cleaning: €70.
