Le bémol concerne le chalet où visiblement le mois de mai n'est pas adapté pour y séjourner car la veille de notre arrivée, on nous a indiqué qu'il faisait trop froid pour mettre en marche le jacuzzi et une fois sur place, on nous dit qu'il fait trop chaud pour allumer la cheminée. "Our room and bathroom were not clean. Even worse than that the bathroom had a terrible smell and its ceiling is covered with mold. I had a stuffy nose, sore throat and headache throughout the night, as common symptoms of very toxic mold. This hotel needs to have toxic mold remediation. On a side note the pics on hotel.com are not true to the reality. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. In main because the pool area and pool house / kitchen are so nice. Very friendly and helpful host. The house is large and a little tired but the pool area made up for it. Some money needs to be spent in certain areas but I would definitely come back. Lots of history and an incredible vista from the pool. "

"Arrived on Sunday to find that no restaurant/chef available. We did not know this and could have been a problem had we not been able to get a curry delivered! The bar too was a bit of an issue, however, this was made available to us and dining Al Fresco with a beautiful view was accomplished. Very nice people and a stunning setting. We all had individual rooms/fires that were well prepared and provided the rest that was needed."
