"The overall experience was quiet and peaceful and the scenery was nice. The only recommendation for improvement of sceneary would be to remove some of the trees for a clear view of the river from the porch. The cabin was decently clean and comfortable. The floors definitely needed better cleaning and the hot water for showers is scarce, it fluctuated back and forth from warm to ice cold within a couple minutes. Overall, we enjoyed the little getaway and look forward to another trip."

"My daughter and I stopped in for a one night stay. It was a lovely experience. Jenny and Gerry were warm and kind. The mansion was beautiful. My 11 year old daughter was especially enchanted with the beautiful garden and fairy homes throughout. We stayed in the peacock chamber and we felt like princesses. My sleep was excellent. We have gluten allergies and had an early morning leadership convention so Jenny was so dear to our fruit and granola in a to go box for us. We would love to visit again sometime. Highly recommend!"

"Host was super sweet! House was huge and had plenty of room for our family of 6! Very clean!! Also was in a good location, not right in town but just outside of it! Very quiet and beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!"
