"I had an amazing solo getaway. The staff were lovely and really helpful. They let me check in early which was a nice surprise. I particularly enjoyed the heated pool and spa and the close proximity to the beach and pauanui hike. The staff also showed genuine care and told me to be careful on my way down from the hike as it can be slippery when wet. I would definitely come again "

"This was the second time staying here. This time was during the winter, while the first was in the summer. This is a nice place to stay with clean and spacious rooms. Flat and easy walking distance to Buffalo beach, Ferry landing and town centre. The heater in the room was very efficient at keeping the temperature warm during cold mornings and nights. Staff were friendly and approachable. We werent aware that the laundry closed when the office hours finished in the evening and when we returned to collect the washed clothes the door was locked, however with a phone call they came promptly to help. We enjoy swimming and used the pool in the summer. We had seen on the website prior to coming this second time that the pool was heated to 29 degrees, however the water felt cold to touch when we went to the pool and so didn’t end up using the pool this time"

"It was a wonderful place to take a break during our trip. Being an apartment meant we could relax without being on our bed. Our planned rest and laundry days were wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed."
