Casa Sciro is a cheerful two-story independent house situated at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps ten people. From Casa Sciro you will enjoy a charming view of the sea and of the surrounding buildings. Casa Sciro is 130 square meters (1400 square feet). It features a private terrace, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the heart of Marina San Gregorio, where you will find a restaurant, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find a number of restaurants at 250 meters (820 feet), a grocery store at 300 meters (990 feet), the bus stop at 350 meters (1150 feet) and the closest beach (the rocky Marina di San Gregorio beach) at 400 meters (approximately 440 yards) (other beaches are also available in the area farther away).
You will reach Casa Sciro from the main entrance of the building going up a route that cuts through the patio and includes approximately eight stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Sciro. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

Terrace
The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will find also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. From the terrace you will have a nice view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea.
Patio
The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is equipped with armchairs and with an external shower. From the patio you will have a lovely view of the surrounding buildings and, partially, of the sea.
Entrance LevelLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple. Here you will find a single bed (80 cm/32 inches), as well as two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio, going down approximately eight steps, through a French door. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The floor is paved with checkered red and white tiles. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Bottom LevelBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a high window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a high window.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a high window.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
