Abbiamo soggiornato per circa 10 giorni in questa struttura sentendoci come se fossimo a casa nostra. La casa era molto pulita ,dotata di tutti i confort e anche la sua posizione ottima ,molto vicina al mare , alle varie località da visitare e circondata da svariati market dove poter comprare di tutto. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima dal primo momento sia nel fornirci tutte le info gia prima di prenotare che dopo ,inoltre molto disponibile nel venirci incontro ad ogni richiesta .

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Sara und ihr Mann waren sehr herzlich und haben uns vom ersten Momen bis zum letzten Tag überaus freundlich behandelt. Wir waren zwei Wochen im August da und hatten eine tolle Zeit in Salento! Danke viel Mals Sara für deine Gastfreundschaft! Wir können das Haus 100% weiterempfehlen. Diana & Friends

Outre l'accueil de la propriétaire, , la situation géographique de la maison permet d'aller à pieds à deux plages: san grégorio en 4 minutes et fellonche en 10 minutes, ne pas prendre sa voirure est appréciable. La maison est spacieuse et fraîche puisque trois chambres en niveau - 1. Bon rapport qualité / Prix.

Superbe !!!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables ! La maison est spacieuse et agréable avec une vue magnifique de la terrasse (dont le couché du soleil !) une crique aux eaux cristallines est à 100m et une plage de sable se trouve a 500m de la maison Sara, la propriétaire, est accueillante et disponible pour toutes questions et aide Je recommande donc vivement !! Ottimo anche per due famiglie

Siamo stati una coppia di amici e i loro due figli per un totale di 8 persone e per come è strutturata la casa, su due livelli, non abbiamo avuto alcun problema nella gestione dei spazi. La casa si trova in una piccola caletta, con una visuale spettacolare, soprattutto al tramonto. Lo posizione logistica anche è molto buona perchè nonostante sia in una zona poco trafficata ha a 300 mt. un piccolo market, abbastanza fornito e anche con prodotti locali di qualità, e diversi bar. Nel raggio di 10 Km. ci sono ristoranti e soprattutto masserie da "gustare" Nel raggio di 500 mt. si può scegliere se andare in spiaggia o fare il bagno tra i scogli. A 10 minuti di macchina ci sono le "affollate" Maldive del Salento.

Haus an guter Lage

Das Haus bietet jeglichen komfort und ist schön eingerichtet. Man kann sich hier gut erholen, da die Gegend sehr ruhig ist. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und stehts bemüht uns Gäste den Aufenhalt recht angenehm zu machen. Die schöne Bucht ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Es hat auch genügend und gute Restaurants, wo man gutes italienisches Essen geniessen kann. Meine Familie und ich können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

La signora Sara è stata carinissima, ci ha procurato i pass per il parcheggio ed è sempre stata disponibile durante la vacanza, per consigliarci dove andare a cena, dove andare al mare.. posizione strategica per il mare, a due passi da due spiegate ma a pochi minuti di macchina da mille altre! la casa è bella, luminosa e pulita: la presenza dei condizionatori inoltre rende perfetta la temperatura! la vista sul mare è stupenda, si può cenare con il tramonto sul mare che aggiunge valore al piatto.. unica pecca i bagni piccolini e con lo scarico della doccia lento, ma decisamente si può perdonare una piccola imperfezione a una vacanza meravigliosa!! consigliatissima!!!

Graziosa Villetta con vista stupenda.

Come descritto, villetta graziosa: Terrazzo con vista stupenda sul mare.. Piano di sopra: ben strutturata, pulita e fresca, bagno con doccia moderna, e lavatrice. Piano inferiore: spaziose stanze, il bagno potrebbe essere modernizato (doccia non molta comoda, Ben climattizate le stanze, Televisore con decoder, wifi, Il parcheggio davanti la casa per strada e a pagamento.. (20 euro a settimana). Siamo stati bennissimo in questa villetta con 2 coppie, e 4 bimbi. La zona in una strada tranquilla, e vicino a tanti bei posti facilmente accessibili in auto (Leuca, Galipoli, Otranto, Castro, ...)

Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und ideal für Ausflüge (Gallipoli, Otranto, Lecce). Es gibt einen Sand- und eine Felsenbucht, zu Fuß zu erreichen, und mindestens 2 gute Restaurants in der Nähe (El Moro und Tora). Mitte April ist es angenehm ruhig, wahrscheinlich in der Saison deutlich ruhiger als im benachbarten Torre Vado. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und großzügig, netter Kontakt.

Traumurlaub am Meer

ein wunderschönes helles, gepflegtes, freundliches Doppelhaus,dieses Jahr renoviert mit zauberhaften Fliesen und schöner Terrasse. Die Vermieter sind sehr sympatisch.Somit noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Eine Felsenbucht und ein Sandstrand fußläufig zu erreichen und in dieser Zeit auch nicht überlaufen. Die Restaurants an der Bucht sind auch zu empfehlen sowie der kleine Einkaufsladen in Ortsmitte. Patricia und Randolf

SOGGIORNO FANTASTICO

La villetta è un incanto! Pulitissima, luminosa, confortevole con la terrazza vista mare davvero suggestiva sopra la baia di S. Gregorio che peraltro è uno dei paesini più belli della lunga costa, Le immagini della casa pubblicate sul sito corrispondono in pieno. I discreti proprietari sono molto cortesi e disponibili, la Sig. Sara ci ha fornito utilissime informazione sul luogo. Da S. M. di Leuca fino ad oltre Gallipoli sono facilmente raggiungibili moltissime spiagge incantevoli, superando invece Leuca verso l'adriatico la costiera scogliosa soddisfa chi ama questo tipo di mare. Torneremo sicuramente, ma per almeno due settimane!

Wundervoller Urlaub mit Atemberaubenden Aussichten

Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein Muss für alle die sich nach einem perfekten Urlaub sehnen. Da San Gregorio kein gewöhnlicher Touristenort ist kann man hier perfekt abschalten und bekommt noch nebenbei etwas vom Italienischen Flair spüren. Der Strand ist ohne Probleme zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das klare Meerwasser bietet gute Möglichkeiten zum Baden sowie zum Schnorcheln. Mann kommt auch jeden Abend durch die atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergänge auf seine Kosten. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, zeigten auch großes Interesse an uns Gäste und waren stets hilfsbereit bei jeder Art von Problemen.

VACANZA A SAN GREGORIO

È stata una vacanza molto bella caratterizzata,tra l’altro, dall’ottima accoglienza e disponibilità della proprietaria che ci ha messo a disposizione un appartamento comodo, attrezzato e pulitissimo. Il posto è veramente molto bello: per la spiaggia , la scogliera e per il panorama sul mare di San Gregorio e dei dintorni che offrono la possibilità di soggiorni in spiagge, passeggiate e gite indimenticabili. E da queste parti si è mangiato bene e con prezzi contenuti ovunque.

Meraviglioso soggiorno

Il posto è incantevole, una vera terrazza sul mare! La proprietaria sempre disponibile nel fornire tutte le informazioni possibili, e molto gentile ed ospitale. La spiaggetta sotto casa è bellissima, acqua cristallina e un aperitivo al tramonto indimenticabile!! San Gregorio è un paesino molto panoramico ed è vicinissimo alle bellissime spiagge del Basso Ionio e a Santa Maria di Leuca, da cui parte una meravigliosa strada costiera sulle scogliere dell'adriatico. Belle passeggiate e ottimi ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi!! Una vacanza da ricordare!!!
