The apartment has just been renovated and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a large room with a sofa that can be opened in bed, a kitchen and a large garden with parking space.
The garden is equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs and an outdoor shower.
The house also has access to the terrace where you can admire the splendid bay of San Gregorio.
The apartment is furnished with rattan furniture and fine finishes and is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, microwave, mosquito nets.
The beach is just 50 meters away and can be reached on foot along picturesque streets.
S. Gregorio is one of the last places on the Ionian coast, which bathes the western side of the Salento peninsula. It is a small village, very quiet and uncrowded, where there are two newsagents, a mini market, two bars, and two restaurants serving fresh fish. Due to its morphology, the bay on which it stands was in the past a natural harbor. The coast that develops in the surroundings alternates small rocky coves with stretches of fine white sand.
A few km from S. Gregory, stands S. Maria di Leuca, a very lively and popular port town.
