Soak up the Pattaya sun while lounging at our pool, dining outdoors under the sail shade or playing a game of Snooker. This is the ideal space for group and family travelers looking for a comfortable space to sleep and collaborate while still being just a quick Uber or Lyft to the Convention Center and Downtown.

*8 GUEST MAX. OCCUPANCY MONITORED AND ENFORCED. If more than 8 Guests, please indicate how many in message to Host.
*Please note, this space is 1 side (1 house) of a multiple units. Another units are same Villas with a shared wall. There may be interaction with other guests outside of your private space.

*Please note, we do not allow smoking inside of the Villa (except outdoor smoking zone)

-PARKING: 3 dedicated Parking space in driveway, END TO END, depending on car length (75 feet of driveway). Free street curb parking in neighborhood after that. Please ask before booking if you are bringing more than 4 vehicles.
-Tons of windows to let in light for a very open feel.
-Living/Dining/Kitchen: Big fully furnished living room with a large Smart TV. TCL with streaming Netflix subscription. Log in to other streaming apps with your subscriptions **There is no cable TV**. Very large kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, microwave, toaster, blender. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware.
-Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms. All bedrooms have private, en-suite large bathroom. Shower gel, Shampoo and Conditioner provided.

-Clothes hanging space in most bedrooms.
-Multiple Semi-Length mirrors.
-Energy efficient Air conditioners in all rooms.
-High speed WIFI.
-Fresh towels provided.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
There are cameras inside the house. The owner tried to charge a cash fee for our dog that was not mentioned in the booking or the email. The noise was unbearable, the beds were boxsprings and there were 2 towles provided for a 3 bedroom pool villa. We only got more towels after 8 calls and texts.
