Long séjour dans cette résidence calme

J'ai dû quitter mon hôtel le 16 Mars 2019 à 05 h 30 du matin et il n'y avait que l'agent de sécurité pour lui remettre les clefs. Moralité je n'ai pas pu récupérer les 500 baths de dépôt de garantie pour les clefs car aucune personne ne se trouvait à la réception à cette heure là. J'avais demandé la veille à la réceptionniste comment je devais procéder pour déposer la clef de ma chambre, mais j'avais oublié de lui poser la question pour le dépôt de garantie et elle ne me l'a pas rappelé non plus. Sinon j'ai été satisfait de mon séjour de 25 jours dans cet établissement.

ここのホテルには何度も泊まっていましたが、 二度と、止まりせん。 ①ここはホテルではありません、アパートの空き部屋貸しです。 　ホテルでは当たり前の部屋のチェンジはしてくれません。 　理由をひつこく聞きくが空き部屋へのチェンジはしませんでした ②Wifiが何時も不安定で改善されていません。たまには快速な時がありましたが。 　ホテルのロビーと同じプロバイダーではなく、不思議なサービスです。 ③　②の続き、、私の部屋のWifi環境が劣悪で、ルーター等が劣化してると伝えても、 　　他の空き部屋の移動も出来ず1週間いました 結論、合計２００日以上泊まりましたが、日本人の方にはお勧めしません。 ホテルでは当たり前な、ファーストカム、ファーストサービが出来ていません。 レセプ二ストの一人はネットで動画を見ては遊び、客対応が悪い方が居ます。 前にある、アントンサービスアパートメントが９００バーツですが、ホテル対応でフレンドリーです。

Quiet reasonably priced hotel

Staff were very friendly though with a few, I had very difficult time communicating. The price was very very good and reasonable. However, if you do not have your own transportation such as a car, bicycle, or motorcycle, it can be quite an ordeal getting there. The room was very spacious but a bit old. For this price and service, I would definitely recommend to those who are seeking low priced hotel and who don't mind the distance from the main attractions.

Проживали в феврале - марте 2016 года.В Паттайе уже пятый раз, есть с чем сравнить.Чисто, просторно, большой холодильник. Из недостатков: один ключ, если выходит один, то второй вынужден бегать открывать и закрывать двери. Плохой Wi-Fi.Местоположение удобно при условии самостоятельного передвижения на авто или байке. Недалеко на Потисан есть рынок. Тайцы очень доброжелательны и приветливы. Замечаний к обслуживанию нет.

전체 적으로는 만족스러운 곧이다 대신 방마다 틀리겠지만 wifi 가 잡히기는 하는데 너무 느려서 써먹지를 못할 정도 이다. 그래서 포기 했다. 방은 꾀 넓고 레지던스다 보니 유용한 면이 있다. 시내와는 좀 떨어져 있어 썽타우를 타고 다녀야 하지만 그렇게 오랜 시간을 타고 가야 하는 것은 아니라. 불편 한게 그렇게 심하지 않다. 방음은 완벽 까지는 아니더라고 잘 되는 편이고, 가격 대비로 했을 때 다른 곳 보다 나쁘진 않은 선택인것 같다. 코인 세탁기가 따로 설치되 있는데 쓸일이 없어서 쓰지 않았다.

We were very happy here. The room was large, clean and nicely decorated. We had a balcony with facilities for washing the fresh fruits that we purchased. I like to walk so the 20 minute walk to the beach was no problem for me. The WiFi was to weak to support Youtube, but that was not high on my list of priorities.

Ein schlechtes Hotel das man besser meiden sollte.

Ein enttäuschendes Hotel aus vielerlei Gründen. Die Sauberkeit in denn Zimmer ist sehr schlecht, die Bettwäsche wird nur oberflächlich mal gedreht aber nicht ausgetauscht, Haufen flecken auf der Bettwäsche, daran konnte man deutlich sehen das Sie die Bettwäsche nicht getauscht haben, erst als ich mich mehrmals beschwert habe wurde dies anständig gemacht. Zudem putzt die Putzfrau den Boden nicht, die fließen bleiben schmutzig auch wenn es deutlich zusehen ist. Der Duschbereich im Bad läuft regelmäßig nach 5 Minuten über, weil der Abfluss nicht richtig funktioniert. Nach 10 Minuten steht das halbe Bad unter Wasser. Das Wlan stürzt regelmäßig ab und funktioniert nicht richtig, nach mehrmaligen beschweren. Kamm das Hotelpersonal in mein Zimmer um nachzuweisen, dass das Wlan funktioniert, aber auch auf den Handys des Hotelpersonals lief das Internet nicht. Es wurden fragwürdige ausreden des Hotelpersonals gesucht, statt das offensichtlich zuzugeben dass das Wlan Netz im Hotel nicht richtig funktioniert, jedenfalls hat man mir nach langen Diskussionen zugesichert das Problem auf daran folgenden Tag zu lösen, gemacht wurde offensichtlich nichts, das Problem mit dem Wlan besteht nach wie vor. Was ich aber sehr unprofessionell finde, ist die Tatsache dass das Hotelpersonal trotz des nicht Funktionieren Internets bei Ihren Handys und meines Handys immer noch darauf bestand das Wlan Netz würde funktionieren obwohl es doch offensichtlich wahr das dies nicht der Fall gewesen ist.

Hotel is highly in the interior. Hard to find.

Starting from the reception desk, the staff is just non co-operative, non polite, hotel is highly in the interior, hard to find. To get a cab, you have to walk appox. 500 mts. through a moderate residential locality. No staff to carry the luggage. Except receptionist, no other person knows English. Even she keeps her head down and replies only after asking for 2-3 times. Rooms are good, well furnished, but the Air Conditioner is not working properly. Bathrooms are small. Each rooms have a good gallery but the view is of either slums or moderate residential houses. No proper lights near the Dressing Table.

部屋の清潔、広さも良い。ただ繁華街には少し遠いのでバイクか車が無いと厳しい。 ROOM清掃係も愛想がよく感じが良かった。 ただフロント係りが人によって愛想が悪い。 朝食時1日目サービスのカップヌードルは通常タイプで食べれたが2,3日目辛くて 食べれないので辛くないの無いかと聞いたらただ一言25Bと言われた。

Great hotel if you fit to this condition: Have a car Want a getaway from downtown It's a lovely place with free breakfast (toast, cup noodles, biscuits, coffee). Very quiet but not too far (absolutely only if you have car). Pretty clean (didn't have much time to notice it all). Worth every cent for me. Will stay here again if I have business trip around here.

Тихий спокойный район. С первого раза найти сложно, только по навигатору. Отель в хорошем состоянии,чисто, большая современная комната с балконом, есть холодильник, ТВ, кондиционер, вентилятор, электрочайник. Учитывая расстояние до пляжа и центра Паттайи, а также отсутствие бассейна - ценник считаю завышенным.
