Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Check in was 3.00 pm. I arrived at 3.30 pm the room wasn’t cleaned. I waited over 30 minutes for it to be cleaned. On entry to the room it was very dirty and in need of maintenance. Floors were filthy and some of the shelves were torn from the bed head. The bed was falling apart and the entire room needed an overhaul. Some of the cutlery in the kitchen drawers still had food on it from before and wasn’t clean.I booked for 2 people but only received 1 set of towels. I asked the cleaning staff for more towels and was told I would have to contact my booking agent. The wifi address and password was wrong and when I asked for the correct details I was given the wifi address and password for the hotel next door. The outside deck was absolutely filthy with cigarette butts and a dirty mop and brush
