Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Include 80 units free electricity per night(10 baht per unit chargeable in excessive)
THB 5,000 security deposit in cash required on arrival and refunded on departure less any charges that may occur
Cleaning every two night including sweeping the floor, taking out garbage, making up beds, towels change.
On your departure, if there are any dirty dishes left in the sink, 300-800 baht will be deducted from your security deposit without prior notice.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
