Fresh studio apartment in attractive area in Pattaya

The apartment is located at the top of the house and is in popular Pratumnak Hill with proximity to everything from affordable fine dining to everything local Thai cuisine can offer.

The apartment is equipped with a Queensize bed TV, free WiFi, access to AppleTV, a little terrace, Safe etc.

Kitchen with hob, proper sink and all the utensils and amenities you could possibly need. Large refrigerator with freezer.

The apartment is located at the top of the seventh floor of the house, near the pool and the recreation area on the roof. Large pool with access to gym sun and bath. And great views of Jomtien Beach.

If you want to spend your time on the beach, it is approx. 10 minutes walk to Jomtien Beach which stretches for about a kilometer along the beach with access to sun loungers, food, drinks and toilets.

If you prefer a trip to the islands, ferries depart from the port of Pattaya, the boats run regularly throughout the days. Both day trips to Kho Larn, you can also go to several other of Thailand's popular paradise islands.

If you want to visit Pattaya's boiling nightclub district or Jomtien Complex's slightly quieter bar streets, it takes approx. 10-15 minutes. "Bath-taxi" is located along the main road Pratumnak road, for 10 Bath you take both Pattaya and Jomtien Complex.

Snorkeling and other water sports are available on both Jomtien beach and Pattaya.

Brilliant Property
We had a very enjoyable time in the condo V N Residence 3. The apartment was very confortable indeed. We had booked again for the same apartment in January but I had to cancel because of a medical procedure arranged for me on the 8th of January but later on I would love to book this lovely apartment again Thank You So Much DÓ'Laoghaire

Lovely well maintained condominium
The condo is a close walk to beaches and shopping. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I was impressed with how well kept and clean the condo is. Very comfortable and quaint.

Overall I was happy
The studio was as described, cleaned and ready on my arrival. Nice swimming pool. Kitchen well equipped, internet was good. The view is not great but part of that, I found this flat very good value for money. Good communication with the owner. This studio is located in a very quiet, safe residential area. There are few restaurants 2 Minutes away. 5 Minutes away there is a professional gym ( 100B daily or 600B weekly)

Bra beliggenhet
Rolig og fint i 7. etg. Med svømmebasseng og treningmulighet i 8. etg. Tre apparater som fungerer halvveis. Trodde vask og bytte av sengetøy var inkludert men ingenting skjedde. Så aldri noe til eier. Men, i det hele fornøyd med leiligheten og kan tenke meg å leie neste år. Var uheldig og gled på glattere fliser på kjøkkenet og endte på sykehus.
