I liked that the room was clean and bed was comfy. Staff was extremely friendly and polite. However, no provision of tooth brush and toothpaste. Bath tub was average but water was not hot enough to have a nice bath and shower. The pool design lacked any sunlight throughout the day and pool water was very cold. Thought the breakfast could have some changes as everyday was exactly the same thing and insufficient western options.

This place is a dump! Rust everywhere and dirty sheets plus the cleaning people go over your bags so watch for your stuff - I called the cops but they can’t do anything about it..anyways this place is full of Indian people and an Indian person probably bought that place and didn’t do any renovations - the place is a total really horrible!! Completely outdated and even mattress is old and over soft and the boiler in the room has rust inside the guy came and literally washes it and cleaned it and brought the same one back didn’t even bother to wipe the water from the outside of it - Disgusting! Don’t go there - I left the place and didn’t continue my stay although I paid for two more days

I stayed for two nights at this hotel. Due to the high occupancy , the service was a bit slow but the staff managed to accommodate my needs in every possible way

Nice on outside, inside dated
Close hotel to the pier to go to island. Nice exterior and packaging. Room however was dated like it was built 10-15 years ago and never updated. Gym open late at 7am, very small. Nice pool. Few amenities. Takes long to check out. Many Indian visitors

One to avoid if you need sleep!
Good location and helpful friendly staff. View of pool and sea from upper floors. Room service average quality. Comfortable bed, small sagging sofa. Room noise from guests who perpetually slammed doors was nauseating, especially between 3 and 4 am every night. I cut my four night stay by one night and was given assurance of a refund for that night by staff at reception, without prompting. The pool is ideal for young swimmers, largely shaded and of uniform depth. This particular hotel however, will largely suit heavily intoxicated, partially deaf, single men of multiethnic origin who demand instant attention at reception and enjoy leering at female guests. Families or young couples who need sleep, are advised to avoid this hotel.

The room we booked with a King and single bed, did not exist in the hotel. The staff were overrun with other unhappy guests. The floor of the room was covered in sand. All the staff said was ‘I could cancel if I did not like’!

Very much average for the brand name Marriott.
Bed was comfortable. Furniture was worn out. The room could have been more clean, if at all the housekeeping guy put in some more efforts to clean it better. Overall was a comfortable stay for sure. Can be a much better Marriott for sure.

We had a last minute booking at this hotel, we were already in Pattaya and decided to stay another night. So now is the great part, don't be fool by the hotel images that they put in the website. The hotel is much older and the pool is ugly. The breakfast is one of the worst I had experience. I mean really bad. The room itself though is quite pleasing for that budget but unfortunately there was a loud noise that made by the hotel staff around 10.30 till 11.30 pm. It wAs a slamming door sound and kept repeating. I have to go out to see what happened. Then the hotel staff apologized and said its already finished. (They fixed something in the room but they should know there re other guests sleeping)The. The next morning I heard the same sound of staffs and they were talking really really loud and that woke me up. So I call the reception to complain but she just want to write down the problem and say sorry and that's it. When we check out I expected they giving us a voucher or even just appologize but none of that had have happen ,even more we called the operation to come and pick up the bag and we wait for more than 25 minutes and they still not there, so we carry everything down by ourselves and later after check out we also carried our own luggage to the car. So I would defenitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very unpleasant experience.
Hotel reception did not have booking from hotels.com when checking in. I was kept 45 minutes waiting although I could show on my phone confirmed booking and payment confirmation of Visa. Problem of hotels.com or Courtyard Hotel ??? On same floor noisy party of other guests lasted until 4.30 AM ! Other guests constantly using fire emergency exit to smoke outside. I definitely won't stay anymore at this hotel !

Staff at the front desk was very helpful. Walking street, Pattaya Pier & Go kart are still in walking distance. The breakfast was boring as they hardly change their menu and many food stand out on the street is already opened in the morning so there is a lot of choice for breakfast. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is good. Breakfast staff is good. Rooms clean and facilities alright. But what surprised me the most was the lack of knowledge of the front desk staff. They had no ideas of how much a public taxi costs outside their hotel, most of which as we later learnt were fixed rates (and not metered). As we were tourists in Pattaya, we didnt know much and relied on the opinion of the front desk staff or concierge. But they often tried to dupe us into paying more. For example, when we asked them the price of the taxi to Bangkok city, they first said 1500 THB, later a different person changed it to 1600 THB and then when I fought for it a little, they changed it back to 1500THB. So unprofessional. I should not be haggling with the hotel staff, but their unprofessionalism was very clear. Bottomline, if you know everything in Pattaya, and dont need any sort of advice from the hotel staff, then it is a good value for money kind of hotel, located close to walking street. But if you enjoy talking to the hotel staff or making plans with their help, this is certainly not for you.

Perhaps we haven’t informed you properly that we have provided a limousine service which requires 1 day of advance reservation. In case of short notice, the price was provided by local taxi which is beyond the hotel control. The Rate is settled directly with the taxi. Late arrival, high price. But outside the hotel entrance I booked room cheaper by mobile and hotell.com app. Funny faces inside 5 minutes later :) But room confirmed in their system. Pretty central to Pattaya attractions. Room ok, wifi ok, but no breakfast included. But who cares. But stayed just for one night, easy to find better accomodations in Jomtien.

Would be perfect except for the TV
Bed was super comfortable, room spacious and modern. Big soaking tub with endless hot water. Location is average, but great for the price. I complained that some Chanel's including the BBC were in black and white with no sound. I asked to change rooms and they instead send a guy who changed my remote control, never fixing anything. Other than this my stay was really nice and the Pad Thai and Tom Yum soup were excellent! I will be back! Please fix the TV situation!

Pattayas hidden new gem
Great hotel just off the beat and path. The service was great and the rooms are beautiful. In Pattaya it is one of the most affordable name brand hotels. It is close enough to the night life but yet still has a suburban feel to it.
