I booked a superior room with city view. My room had no view as it had no window. My booking included breakfast but they tried to charge 100 baht for rice. I couldn't check my booking because the hotel WiFi didn't work in the room and only periodically in the lobby. Also on the website it said it was connected to a shopping centre. It was next door to a 7eleven. This is a disgraceful misrepresentation. The staff were not particularly helpful. It would have been nice on check out if they had asked if I needed a taxi. Or was I going to the bus station. The hotel was not exactly bad but it was not as described on the hotels.com booking site. I just wish hotels wouldn't mislead guests at the time of booking.
