Nice Room just to far out for me

The Hotel Was good But just a little bit far out for me l don't have a moter bike So walking.l Also feel that there was so miss communicating When I booked the room far to big for 1 person IT was probably my fault but I did look on my Booking and it said Single NEVER mind we all make mistakes

Nice hotel just as it looks in the pictures.

Our apartment was just as it was in the pictures. Spacious, modern, clean and in good condition. The pool surrounding the hotel is stunning and great for a swim to cool you down. The sun does not hit the pool or sun bed areas until lunch time due to the shadow of the bulging. The gym facilities are good enough to keep you fit throughout your holiday. The staff are friendly however do not speak much English and my check in experience could have been a lot better. The hotel specifies that you need to call at least 24 hours before check in. However I tried to call them for two weeks prior to my holiday with no avail on numerous numbers. I then called Expedia who provided an email address. I checked in through email. My flight was late and we did not get to the hotel till 11pm a key was left for me at the reception however as none of the concierges spoke any English it took me 3 phone calls to locate the keys. This was a little frustrating due to my long flight from the UK however following this I never experienced any other issues. I would go back to this accommodation.

Man behöver ringa och boka tid för att få nyckel till rummet. Bra standard på badrum och möbler. TV-kanalerna och varmvattnet försvann efter första natten media klarade oss bra utan det. Poolen ligger i skugga och är kall.

極度差 沒有下次

預約時寫明會有wifi提供，去到有wifi但要帳號同密碼，根本冇職員比帳號同密碼。根本呃人。酒店遠離市區，截的士極不方便，半個中都截唔到的士。其他酒店連續住幾日既話，每日都會有房間清潔。但呢度冇。 我租既係一房一廳。間房間既冷氣係壞既。開唔到。 廳果部勁多塵。 又唔夠雪種。根本唔涼 。開咗等於冇開， 除咗廁所有垃圾桶之外，冇其他垃圾桶。住左3日，搞到啲垃圾逼爆垃圾桶冇位放。 間房間一啲都唔乾淨，地下有頭髮，又有塵。沒有接待處。想詢問資料卻無從入手。沒有沖涼同洗面毛巾。電視開唔到。預約果時寫住一間房可以三人用，沒有加收第三人費用，收錢時卻加收，如果早知道要加收 我會預約4人房。 房間同廁所有漏水。 如再去芭堤雅 ，必定不會再選擇這所apartment.

great holiday.

Host was great no problem with him. Towels was not perfect, He brought another one. Room was quite clean. Pool was awesome. New building. Location is silent and quite far from center. Need to rent car or motorcycle. There are some 7-24 and ,tesco, pharmacy and restaurant on main road which is 100-200 mt far.
