Positivo: Hotel bem localizado, limpo, funcionários atenciosos e muito educados, excelente café da manhã, restaurante ótimo (atendimento, instalações e comida), quarto de bom tamanho, camas confortáveis e chuveiro ótimo. O revestimento das paredes no box do banheiro estavam soltando e as mesinhas de cabeceira e a mesa do quarto estavam avariadas (lascadas e descascadas).

Minha última hospedagem em Patos de Minas foi simplesmente maravilhosa no Hotel HZ Um lugar acolhedor, limpo, bem localizado e com uma equipe que faz toda a diferença! Gostaria de destacar o atendimento impecável de todos os funcionários, com menção especial ao Wander , que foi super atencioso, e também ao Ricardo me desculpem se confundi o nome mas ele foi igualmente incrível no atendimento. Desde a chegada, com o manobrista educado, passando pela camareira super simpática e prestativa , até o café da manhã delicioso e bem servido… tudo foi nota 10! Parabéns a toda a equipe do Hotel HZ. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo sem pensar duas vezes.

Ótima localização, porém precisa mudar a TV

O hotel está ótimo o atendimento maravilhoso, manobrista perfeito, localização bem no centro. O único ponto é a tv da suíte, é muito antiga e não é SmartTV. Na tv só existe 3 canais e no máximo 6 dependendo da atualização do dia.

Boa porém muito barulhenta. Impossivel dormir. Carros, onibus, motos passando a noite toda. Faz barulho demais. Apenas isso. Mas nao voltarei porque nao dá pra descansar assim.

Viagem de emergencia a Patos

Hotel razoável. O quarto ficou longe da avenida o que reduzil o barulho externo, porém logo cedo, as arrumadeiras arrastam as camas dos quartos o que provoca muito barulho para quem quer dormir ate mais tarde. O ponto de barulho, e o sinal de chegada do elevador, que faz barulho a noite toda. Café da manhã trivial, sem opções e o pão de queijo muito ruim (mesmo estando em MG). Funcionarios atenciosos.
