"The location is amazing and convenient, has massage service in house which is cheaper and better than others in town. Food in the hotels restaurant is 5 times better than holiday inn down the road. The rooms are spacious and the the beds are comfortable, plus the rooms have a bath tub which i loved as i soak and relax after a long days of walking and sightseeing. The the customer service is awesome... I loved this place ^_^"

"Novotel Phuket Resort Patong was a lovely resort overall. Very friendly and polite staff, who assisted us with tour bookings and other queries we had during our short stay. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with plenty to choose from and catered for all nationalities. It can do with some facility updates as it's 4-star rating. We would recommend the resort to family or friends if visiting Phuket. We wish the staff all the best for the future and thank them for their hospitality."

"Great place to stay very central. Staff were fantastic especially Pastry Chef Pui making sure l had a few Gluten Free goodies every day. Also flight got cancelled and they were very quick to help out with a room for extra night after already checking out…thanks to all 😊"
