"The home was beautiful, with stunning lake views that did not disappoint. The kitchen was the most generously stocked I’ve ever experienced in a VRBO/STR, with plentiful tools and spices.Unfortunately, the AC was not functional during my stay. I reported a leaking hallway unit and a bedroom unit that wasn’t cooling, and while there was an initial attempt to troubleshoot, there was no follow-up to ensure the issue was resolved.With temperatures in the upper 90s to 100F, working AC would have made...
