"Very clean rooms. Across from Railway station and front of the bus station. So many restaurants to choose from. Front staff was friendly. Check out staff, we have to ask for the receipt. He did not offer the receipt. Breakfast was very nice for INR 180, purchase it when you book the room. Good selection on breakfast. Veg & Non-veg. Floor staff was friendly."

"It was a good business hotel. Rooms were clean and had all required things for a business traveller. Menu bar in room were also reasonably priced and required varieties. Buffet dinner was reasonably priced but I think nos items can be increased. Food quality was managable. Ocer all excellent experience at very reasonable price. Staff was very prompt and very courteous from front desk to room service to dinning area."

In our absence, housekeeping entered our room with the excuse of turn down service, performed NO turn down service and left our door wide open. We noticed our room was open and our property was unprotected only when we returned at night. Unacceptable."
