"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. "Unforgettable holiday – Private beach club, Private Chef, 2 Swimming Pools.“We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront villa, set within a 3,000 sqm estate! The villa was spotlessly clean thanks to the four housekeepers (Putu, Dea, Komang, Wayan) and the gardener/pool cleaner (Ngurah). The private chef (Putu) prepared delicious meals and deserts (chocolate black forest and lemon tart) for us. We loved the private beach club with its own bale and infinity pool overlooking the ocean, as well as the private staircase leading straight down to the beach.Thank you to Wayan for driving us to Canggu, just a short distance from Cemagi, where there’s a lively foodie scene, surf spots and shops and for organising and providing free transport for all our excursions in Bali.Communication with the host went smoothly, from booking right through to departure. I highly recommend this beachfront estate to families or groups looking for an unforgettable stay, as well as for special occasions (birthdays, weddings)”."

"The staff were friendly helpful the hotel is quiet considering it’s opposite a pub. The rooms were big and clean, there were afew large ants in bathroom every night and even in the toilet. The pool was Not big but enough to keep u cool the decking was very rough ave breaking on the ends and sharp, this definitely needs to be redone . There is no toiletries not even soap to wash hands which is a necessity since Covid should be washing your hands lucky I bought my own dettol soap. The room is very light at night which makes it hard to sleep there was no light switch in room to turn off outside light had to keep ringing for them to turn off. Aside from that I thought the hotel was ok and sufficient for afew days."

"Amazing stay! We have spent ten days here , from the host Deborah to Wayan and the whole team, everyone has been genuinely nice and supportive. Always with a smile! The villa is located in the middle of the nature and just few steps from the ocean, with great views ,the sound of the ocean 24/7 has been cuddling us the whole time. Balian is a small and nice village reachable with just a few minuteswalk, where everyone is friendly and relaxed."
