We booked a room to house our luggage while we did a short trip to Lombok and all our belongings were safe and secure. "We had a beautiful room with a great view. But no transportation available by Grab. Although the shower room was on the outside with no locked door to the main bathroom it poses security risk. The safe was not bolted down. The front door to the room were very heavy and difficult to slide open. Staff were great. Food was delicious. "

The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the stay feel very personal. The property itself is breathtaking—thoughtfully built and surrounded by nature, creating a calm, wellness-focused environment. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavour. Both the yoga and sound-healing sessions were deeply relaxing and a highlight of the stay. If there was one area for improvement, it would be the gym. Given the retreat’s strong focus on wellness, the fitness space was surprisingly small and lacked free weights, which was disappointing. Overall, Ulaman Eco Luxury Resort delivered a memorable and revitalizing experience. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful escape"
