Adjacent to the Plateau d’Assy, Maffrey is a very pleasant village with recently renovated historic farmhouses, plenty of green spaces, and a hillside setting.
The area around the house is a great place for hiking between Passy, Servoz, Les Houches, and Chamonix. There are popular cycling routes to Switzerland or Chamonix. Exploring the region is easy thanks to its central location at the crossroads of the Mont Blanc region. The proximity to Geneva is highly appreciated (a 45-minute drive, with private transport available from Geneva Airport at very reasonable prices) by frequent travellers.
