"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It felt like we were staying as a guest at someones home. The best part of this stay was the staff. Franchesca was a true pleasure. She made sure our stay was perfect and was always working day and night to make sure everyone was happy. Her mother Giusy was wonderful as well. "Our stay at the Villa Neri was wonderful. The area is quiet and peaceful. The staff were all courteous and amazing.
The hotel itself is a little bit secluded so driving is recommended if you want to get around and explore yourself.

"What a relaxing week! We had a wonderful time at this villa. The pool, garden and outside eating spaces were fantastic - with wonderful views. Cottage allowed us to experience authentic ‘cosy’ Italian living - with a welcome of water, beer and aperol spritz! Claudia and her family were so lovely and helpful. The area is stunning (gorge and mountains) and really enjoyed local restaurants such as the Alcantara Bistrot (Gaggi) and I sapori dell' Alcantara ex trattoria del corso. We did a great cooking course in Taormina and enjoyed a trip to Syracusa. All in all a fantastic trip and would definitely return. Thank you Claudia!! "
"This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice:
1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily.
2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, it was fantastic!
3) Spa: Wow wow wow - beautiful turkish bath, and you get it all to yourself with the fee. My husband and I enjoyed this immensely!
4) Restaurant: Probably the best meal we had in sicily. Incredibly creative, beautifully plated dishes. Props to the chef!
5) The rooms - baroque revival, with hand painted ceilings, just amazing. Comfy beds and nice rainfall showers in bathroom. "
