If you are looking for a holiday of relaxation and tranquility, in an environment equipped with every comfort, this is the ideal location for your holidays. A beautiful garden with a romantic view of Lake Trasimeno, from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and spend pleasant summer evenings. A splendid panoramic terrace with a 75 sq.m. loggia perfect for enjoying excellent outdoor dining, and for pleasant moments of relaxation, and a very original swimming pool with large equipped solarium. The interiors of the villa have been cared for in every detail with a touch of sophisticated simplicity that gives all the rooms a warm and original touch. The bright white walls give a relaxing atmosphere to all the interiors. The Villa, which even in summer maintains a cool temperature, is equipped with all the modern comforts. The ground floor consists of a beautiful kitchen, absolutely functional and equipped with every comfort and a large living area divided by a large arch that separates the spacious dining room from the sitting area with comfortable sofa and table for games. The living area is complete with a spacious bathroom. The first floor has an independent access and is ideal for giving guests total privacy, making the sleeping area separate from the living area. Through a graceful access from the external loggia you enter the 5 spacious rooms, each with a private bathroom with a shower cubicle, and embellished with a desk and a large wardrobe. The garden, completely fenced and surrounded by olive trees, hosts bushes and a varied selection of aromatic plants. For the exclusive use of guests, the original 11.5-meter pool with a breathtaking view of the lake, equipped with 8 sun loungers. The 200 m2 sun terrace surrounds the pool and is completely paved. At Villa dei Tramonti it will be easy to feel welcomed by suggestive atmospheres. The changing colors of the lake with its suggestive sunsets; the green of the surrounding hills, the tranquility of the surrounding environment will make you spend moments of absolute relaxation!
