Apartment Inn - quiet, central, kitchen, parking lot available, newly renovated

Welcome to the newly renovated holiday apartments "Die drei Flüsse" in Passau, the city of three rivers! The property boasts a perfect location, right in the heart of Passau. In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll reach the city centre with its wide variety of shops, restaurants, pubs, and much more. The Inn River, with its large promenade and many small cafés and places to stop for a bite to eat, is just around the corner and invites you to take a stroll and linger. You can arrive by public transport (bus station 300 metres away, main train station 750 metres away) or by car. One duplex underground parking space per apartment is reserved for our guests right in the building. You can drive conveniently from the underground car park to the floor where your holiday apartment is located. A parking space can be booked in advance for 10 EUR per night.
The accommodation is ideal both for holidaymakers who want to experience this beautiful city up close in the heart of Passau and for business travellers who appreciate a perfectly located place to stay.
Each of the three apartments is approximately 29 square metres in size and features a kitchenette and a bathroom with a large shower. Each apartment has two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be arranged either together or separately.
A desk is provided in each apartment for comfortable work. Free Wi-Fi is, of course, also available and welcome to use.

Important information regarding the use of the underground garage/platform parking system: maximum vehicle dimensions are 5 m x 1.9 m x 1.5 m (length, width, height). Cars taller than 1.50 m, as well as lowered vehicles with front spoilers, may only be parked at your own risk. The load capacity per parking space in the Vertiflex parking system is 2,000 kg.
