Room was clean. Staff were nice and friendly. The location is about 2 miles away from center of Assisi. Need to buy a couple of €1.3 tickets good for 80 minutes; to go in Assisi and back to hotel daily .

Big estate with private indoor & outdoor pool, gym, billiard in Umbria
Beautiful large Villa, well maintained. Mixed age family of 19 and plenty of room.

Umbria, Spoleto - country estate with pool up to 15 people in panoramic position
Property was not as listed on the site. No WiFi, towels and bed linens were not provided, cleanliness was subpar, and a cash payment was demanded upon arrival. Check-in and check-out processes were unclear.
