"First time to Paris, this hotel did not disappoint. Their customer service is exceptional, the door man to the front desk, restaurant staff everyone was amazing. The food was excellent so was room service. We were amazed by the heated toilet seat and towel rack especially as it was cold in Paris. I will definitely stay here again. Close to all brand name shopping, mall and walking distance to the Louve and many more places. Subway and hop on hop off bus across the street. Very convenient. "

"The room was spacious. Having a full kitchen is handy when you’re staying longer. There is a washer and dryer but it’s on the small-ish side, but very reasonably priced. They provide free detergent as well. We arrived super early and while check in wasn’t til 3pm, they were able to provide an early check in for a small fee when I inquired. The area around the hotel can get busy but the street itself is quiet. The metro stations are not that far but does involve a bit of stairs or walking up...

"Fantastic property within walking distance of almost major attractions - although do your feet a favor and learn the metro….it’s easy and convenient. The room I had was small, which for me since I was traveling solo was perfect. Tall or larger folks beware of that….even at 5’2” and petite, I had a difficult time sitting on the toilet without feeling cramped. Also, don’t spend the 22-23 Euros on the breakfast….there are so many great options for a light and quick breakfast within a very short walking distance."
