"This is a fantastic property. The location is perfect and New Ross has some interesting sites and great restaurants. This property was very comfortable and extremely well maintained. The bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms excellent. The owner’s agent was welcoming and even had sconces and tea for us. Overall this property is a 10+. For the money you pay, I would expect a bit more small things like a candle on the table, place to cook. The coffee machine was not working and it was not super clean, there were coffee marks next to the bed. "Words cannot describe the absolute serenity of this cottage, from the gardens to the comfortable interior, it truly is our Irish home away from home. Patricia and Roger are wonderful hosts, very helpful and just lovely, interesting people. They really care about their guests. The cottage is conveniently located to so many sites in Southeast Ireland. Even tho we didn't have many "sunny skies", we had one of the best stays ever in Ireland. We will return!!"
