Bonus: my family of three where two of us have wheelchair needs, we found the food court, spa services and convenience store on the property to be very comfortable and convenient. We plan to visit frequently just to order take out from their devine chef and his signature cheese and fries! "

"I chose this hotel as it was very accessible to the conference centre where I was attending a conference. I was pleasantly surprised with the room - it was clean, very spacious, comfortable bed. Nice views (though dirty windows). The room even had a kitchenette in it (but with a note that no cooking allowed?!). Lovely big bath and separate shower. However hotel as a whole has appearance of neglect. Pool was nice but needs a good scrub…whole exterior of hotel looks crumbly and dirty/likje it is slowly moldering away. Roof top area and pool bar not functioning. Overall just seemed like a place that had seen better days, many many days ago…Sad, as it has great potential and it looks like it was built to a quality standard. It served the purpose I needed, but if I were to return as a tourist, I would most definitely not choose to stay here. A fair distance from town, nothing much to speak of in near vicinity….the saving grace being the cheap taxi’s one can get in Kuching."
