"Amazing historic place, wonderful view of the mountains, beautiful gardens and surroundings; large, clean and comfortable rooms, fresh breakfast, attentive and helpful staff. Definitely we stay again. Highly recommended. The only cons were the unstable Wi-Fi inside the rooms and the shower has not safety bar."

"Despite the recent management change and minor repairs due to external factors (such as an earthquake and heavy rain), our stay at Hotel Sport Plaza was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the room kept a pleasant temperature, even during the cold nights. The front desk staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions. Overall, a very positive experience."

"Pesimo servicio. Desde recogida al aeropuerto hasta salida. 1.Llegamos al aeropuerto y nos toco esperar Nos buscaran incluso teniendo retraso en la llegada del avion. 2. Eramos 3 y solo habia 1 cobija y la forma que acomodaron las camas no quedaba nada de espacio para caminar, tuvimos que moverlas. 3. Al dia siguiente el desayuno supuestamente llegaba al cuarto en 15 minutos y tardó casi 1 hora y para colmo llega sin cubiertos. Igual nos cobraron el precio completo, cero disculpas o descuento...
